WHEELCHAIR USERS
There are eight wheelchair spaces in the Theatre in the Park and two in the Minerva Theatre. Access to these seats is by lift or ramp in the Theatre in the Park and by lift to the first floor in the Minerva Theatre. We regret that customers may not transfer from a wheelchair to a theatre seat.

HEARING IMPAIRED
Sennheiser units are available free of charge from the Access Point in the Theatre in the Park foyer and from staff on the first floor of the Minerva Theatre.

SIGNED PERFORMANCES
There are signed performances in the Theatre in the Park  interpreted by Ann McAllister. View Festival 2013 signed performances

STAGETEXT CAPTIONED PERFORMANCES
Captioning converts words into text that appears on a screen at the same time as they are sung or spoken. For more information see stagetext.org. View Festival 2013 captioned performance

VISUALLY IMPAIRED
Guide dogs are welcome; please let us know when booking your tickets as there are limited spaces. All row ends and numbers on individual seats in the Theatre in the Park and Minerva Theatre are given in Braille. View large print Festival 2013 brochure.

TOUCH TOURS
Touch Tours for visually impaired customers will take place 90 minutes before an audio described performance and last approximately 30 minutes. For more information, please contact the House Manager on 01243 784437.

AUDIO DESCRIBED PERFORMANCES
Headsets can be collected from the Access Point in the Theatre in the Park foyer and from staff in the Minerva Theatre. View Festival 2013 audio described performances

CAR PARKING
Northgate car park is a 900 space pay and display car park  immediately next to the Theatre (free after 6.00pm). On matinee days the car park is very busy, so please allow plenty of time.

Please note that the car park will close at 6.00pm on Friday 18 October in preparation for Sloe Fair and will be closed on Saturday 19 October. Visit cft.org.uk/parking for alternative parking information.
