Open Monday to Saturday, 10am-8pm (6pm when no performances). The Minerva Theatre Box Office opens one hour before each Minerva performance.

Winter 2017/18 booking forms for Friends during priority booking
If you prefer to submit your request by booking form during the Friends priority period one can be downloaded here.
Please note that booking forms are processed by Box Office staff from 9am on Saturday 9 September strictly in the order they are received . Booking forms can be submitted by post, in person or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org from 5 September. If you are sending your booking form by email, please do not include any credit card details as your email will be blocked.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Maestro. Cheques are payable to Chichester Festival Theatre. We also accept SOLT theatre tokens and Chichester Festival Theatre gift vouchers. Please note SOLT theatre tokens are not redeemable online.
Book online and select the free Print at Home option to receive your tickets by email, or pay £1.50 to receive tickets by post.
Return your tickets to the Box Office at least 48 hours before the original performance and change the date for just £1 per ticket (free for Friends), subject to availability.
Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased.

Only one reduction applies per ticket, all discounts are subject to availability and at the discretion of the Box Office. Tickets for King Lear are limited to 2 per customer. We reserve the right to enforce this if more are purchased over multiple transactions. ID must be shown where relevant. Chichester Festival Theatre reserves the right to make any alteration to the advertised programme which may be rendered necessary by unavoidable cause. Latecomers cannot be guaranteed access to the auditoria until a convenient break in the performance. For Health and Safety reasons it is not possible to transfer from a wheelchair to a Theatre seat. Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased.
