We do not charge booking fees or for using a credit card. If you are having trouble with your online booking please call the Box Office on 01243 781312 (opening hours above). Alternatively visit our Online booking support page for downloadable and video guides.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Maestro. Cheques are payable to Chichester Festival Theatre. We also accept SOLT theatre tokens and Chichester Festival Theatre gift vouchers. Please note SOLT theatre tokens are not redeemable online.
Book online and select the free E-Ticket option to receive your tickets by email (1 ticket per page), or pay £1.50 to receive tickets by post. E-tickets can also be downloaded from this website by logging in to My Account and clicking on the relevant tab.
Return your tickets to the Box Office at least 48 hours before the original performance and change the date for another performance of the same production for just £1.50 per ticket (free for Friends), subject to availability.

Only one reduction applies per ticket, and all discounts are subject to availability and at the discretion of the Box Office. CFT reserves the right to limit or vary advertised pricing and discounts. ID must be shown where relevant. CFT reserves the right to make any alteration to the advertised programme which may be rendered necessary by unavoidable cause. Latecomers cannot be guaranteed access to the auditoria until a convenient break in the performance. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of four, including babes in arms, will not be admitted to the auditorium, unless a production is advertised as a family show suitable for young children of that age.
