Help raise £40,000 for Chichester Festival Youth Theatre

Chichester Festival Youth Theatre welcomes 850 young people every week to build confidence, creativity, new skills and lasting friendships.

Your support will help us to continue offering these amazing opportunities and provide bursaries and bespoke support for those who need it.

During December, donations up to £20,000 to the Youth Theatre will be doubled, so however much you can give, your support will make twice the difference! Help us raise £40,000 to celebrate CFYT turning 40!

CFYT helped me grow as a person, instil a love of theatre in me, built my confidence, and helped me gain wonderful friendships. It was one of the best times of my life and I’m so grateful to have been part of it.

Charlotte Titcombe, Theatre Producer (CFYT 2006-11)

CFYT costs £283,000 every year to run. Fees are £80 a term, far lower than the cost of running CFYT, and 21% of young people receive a bursary so it’s completely free for them to take part. This leaves £146,000 that we need to raise from generous people like you.

  1. A circular cut-out silhouette, like an old-fashioned fairy story image, shows a boy wearing a red cap, a scarf, coat and boots, holding up his hand on which is perched a mouse. He stands surrounded by snow-laden pine trees, and a reindeer is leaping above his head. The title 'A Boy Called Christmas' is written in old-fashioned gold capital letters beneath.
