News Story

Hot on the heels of our sell-out new musical The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry and last year's smash hit production of Oliver! which is lighting up the West End, we're delighted to announce who will be putting on their top hat and brushing off their tails for our next musical extravaganza coming this July.

Leading the company of Irving Berlin’s Top Hat will be Broadway’s Phillip Attmore, winner of the Fred and Adele Astaire Award for Best Male Dancer and a Playbill Breakout Performance Award, making his UK debut as Jerry Travers. Lucy St. Louis comes to Chichester for the first time to play Dale Tremont; her award-winning leading roles include Glinda in Wicked and Christine in The Phantom of the Opera, making history as the first Black actress ever to play either role in the West End.

Joining them, Clive Carter, three-time Olivier Award nominee for Moulin Rouge, Come From Away and Into The Woods, makes his Chichester debut as Horace. Sally Ann Triplett, whose many West End roles include Anything Goes at the National Theatre, Cabaret and Oklahoma!, returns to Chichester (where she last appeared in A Damsel in Distress) to play Madge.

Multi Tony and Olivier Award-winner Kathleen Marshall (Anything Goes) directs and choreographs this irresistible new production, guaranteed to send you tapping all the way home.

You can see the full cast – several of whom you’ll have seen previously in shows like Crazy for You and South Pacific – and book your tickets over on the show page.
