Christmas appeal target reached - thank you!

Thanks to our generous audience and supporters, we’ve reached our £40,000 target this December. 

Our Youth Theatre welcomes 850 young people every week to build confidence, new skills and lasting friendships. This year marks the 40th anniversary of CFYT. To round off this special year, we're raising funds to continue offering these amazing opportunities to young people across West Sussex and Hampshire.

Young people are growing up with few creative opportunities both in and out of school. Too many are missing out on the benefits of taking part in arts activities. CFYT is a welcoming, supportive space for young people to unleash their creativity and express themselves. Participants grow their confidence and public speaking skills through annual performance opportunities.

Thanks to our generous match funder, donations up to £20,000 to the Youth Theatre were doubled in December, helping us to reach our target of £40,000 this month in our Youth Theatre's 40th year. Thank you!

We need to raise £146,000 in donations a year for CFYT. The termly fees only cover half of the running costs and over 20% of participants receive a bursary to remove financial barriers to taking part.
