Be part of something BOLD...
BOLD workshops are aimed at people living with dementia, designed to empower, spark creativity and explore self-expression and identity through a range of art forms. We will be led by what you want to explore.
Sessions are for participants and their carers/families/support workers to connect and interact in joyful new ways. In our pilot, we found that on average, each 90-minute BOLD workshop improves participant’s moods by 38%

Chichester group
This group is for men living with dementia based in or close to Chichester. Sessions take place on Wednesdays from 11.00am – 12.30pm in the Steven Pimlott Building, Chichester
