Job Description

We are looking to recruit two new Trustees (target age 18-30) to join our Board and specifically to co-chair our Youth Advisory Board of 12+ young people.

All our trustees have a passion for theatre and the arts and a desire to expand CFT’s reach. Our YAB Co-Chairs will specifically lead work and collaboration with our Board of Trustees on how best to make CFT a more welcoming, inclusive, diverse and innovative organisation for young people.

We are also dedicated to appointing a Board of Trustees that is diverse, reflecting the people we connect with on and off our stages, and are looking for those who are passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion, as this informs and impacts our work.

Our YAB Co-Chairs will serve as trustees for up to three years with a minimum commitment of preparation and attending five Board and five YAB meetings a year in Chichester alongside press nights and other events.

Our trustees are unpaid, voluntary roles although reasonable travel expenses will be covered if required.
