We are very excited to advertise for a passionate and dedicated People Operations Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead the People team in all operational aspects of supporting staff at Chichester Festival Theatre. 

This small team is responsible for all operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, offers additional support to our fabulous volunteers and practitioners and provides additional advice and guidance for our shows when required. This role encompasses managing the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding and inductions to employee relations, probation reviews, appraisals, reporting, and delivering the team’s operational plans. The role is key in helping to drive our culture and core values.
