Individual Giving Manager

We’re seeking a motivated Individual Giving Manager to play a key role in growing voluntary income from CFT’s family of mid-level supporters. Contributing to our ambitious £1.8 million fundraising target, you will manage mid-level giving schemes, deliver outstanding stewardship, and inspire supporters to deepen their relationship with the Theatre.
Working closely with colleagues across Development and Marketing, and line-managing the Senior Events Officer, you will ensure donors feel valued and connected to CFT’s mission. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident fundraiser with excellent relationship management skills to make a real impact within our ambitious and collaborative team.
Line-managing the Senior Events Officer, you will also ensure the delivery of high-quality events that inspire and retain donors and generate fundraising income, playing an active role in developing CFT’s giving schemes and future fundraising strategy.
