Job Description

Good Chance is offering a training and development opportunity for someone interested in working in theatre and the arts, who comes from a refugee or asylum-seeking background. 

The selected trainee will receive mentorship from both the Good Chance team and their line manager at CFT. This is a fixed-term trainee position, where the role will be fully integrated into the LEAP team and will involve collaboration between both organisations.

This opportunity is specifically intended for individuals with lived experience of displacement due to seeking asylum or refuge. We welcome applicants who are enthusiastic about the arts—no prior professional experience is necessary.

How to apply 

Firstly check you meet the eligibility criteria i.e. individuals with lived experience of displacement due to seeking asylum or refuge. We welcome applicants who are enthusiastic about the arts—no prior professional experience is necessary.  You will be asked to provide that evidence of status and eligibility to work in the UK with an online check if you are shortlisted for interview, or you can bring it along to the open day if you plan to attend.
