The Community Outreach Traineeship offers a hands-on role, providing opportunities to gain practical arts engagement experience. You will predominately support the Community strand of the Learning, Education and Participation (LEAP) programme. The work in this strand is focused on engaging underserved communities. 

Over the course of the Traineeship you will gain professional experience in arts administration, practical workshop delivery, project management and leadership, and will receive on-going mentoring and coaching from the LEAP Team. There may also be opportunities for you to expand your knowledge of the wider arts industry through shadowing other departments at CFT.
