What is CFT doing about coronavirus?
We are actively monitoring and following advice from Government and Public Health England about the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). Based on the latest advice, we’re staying open and performing as scheduled.
We’re asking everyone visiting or working in the building to stay aware of the latest advice from the Government on coronavirus and to follow that advice to minimise the risk of the virus spreading.
Are you open as usual?
CFT is open as usual and all performances, events and sessions are happening as scheduled, in line with current Government guidance.
If there are any future changes to our opening, we will update the website and notify ticket holders and participants.
What measures are being taken to reduce the risk of the virus spreading?
We have put a variety of different measures in place, which include providing hand sanitiser for everyone working in the building and providing the latest information to our staff and company on how to detect symptoms and prevent the virus being passed on.
We will follow Government guidance and take any further steps necessary as the situation changes.
Is it safe to attend?
Current Government advice is that it is safe for events to go ahead, so we’re staying open with all performances, events and sessions happening as scheduled.

Are you offering refunds if I'm feeling unwell or I'm unable to travel?
We offer an exchange service if you are unable to use your tickets, subject to our terms and conditions. Additionally, at the point of booking we offer Booking Protect refund protection, which covers illness to you or your immediate family, subject to their terms and conditions.
What happens if I feel unwell when I'm attending a performance, event or session?
If you feel unwell with coronavirus symptoms (see the NHS website for information), you should leave the theatre, call the NHS 111 helpline and follow their advice.
How can I get updates about performances, events or sessions I have booked for?
If there are any changes to a CFT performance, event or session, we will be in touch with you directly by email (or phone if we don’t hold an email address) as soon as possible.
