Festival Theatre

TicketsPrice: FREE, but booking is essential

Coming to see a performance? Hear directly from the creative people behind the production.

Join Kate Mosse for a pre-show talk with the writer of The Midnight Gang, Bryony Lavery and director Dale Rooks.

Bryony Lavery's adaptations include Chichester’s hit family shows The Hundred and One Dalmatians (2014) and A Christmas Carol (2015). Dale Rooks’s production of Michael Morpurgo’s Running Wild (Festival 2015) won the UK Theatre Award for Best Show for Children and Young People; she later co-directed the play for Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre and a UK tour.

Lasting around 45 minutes, our one-off pre-show talks offer incredible insights into how productions develop from thoughts and ideas, through the rehearsal process, to the performance you see on stage. The international No 1 bestselling author of Labyrinth and The Burning Chambers – and Cicestrian – Kate Mosse will host the Pre and Post-Show Discussions.
