Supporters Circles

Meet wonderful people. Learn amazing things. Support the theatre you love.

Join a Supporters Circle and you'll become part of a family of like-minded theatre-lovers who want to see CFT thrive.

Choose a show (or more than one!) that interests you and as part of a Circle you'll get to experience our Festival from script page to theatre stage. Go behind the scenes, hear from the Director, sit in on rehearsals and even get a chance to meet the cast. You'll have amazing stories to share and experiences to remember forever.

We have two levels to choose from and you can find all the details below. Want to learn more? Get in touch on 01243 812911 or [email protected]

  • Two complimentary tickets to the Supporters Night where you'll see the show, meet the cast and socialise with other Circle members

  • Recognition in our programmes and on our website

Patrons Circle £1500+

If you'd like to support our work in a bigger way, you can also join any of the Circles for a musical or a piece of new writing at Patron level. On top of your amazing Supporters Circle experience, you'll get even closer with the chance to attend the Sitzprobe rehearsal for musicals** (when the orchestra and cast join together for the first time to play and sing through the score - trust us when we say you'll have goosebumps!), and exclusive talks from creatives on brand new writing. We'll also invite you to our annual Supporters Dinner in the autumn.

Round up and support our community work from £200

If you're passionate about making the arts and theatre inclusive and accessible for all in our local community, you can round your Circle donation up by an additional £200 (to £1000 or £1700). This generous extra support goes towards our Learning, Education and Participation (LEAP) work, including our inspiring Youth Theatre.

  1. A black bicycle lies on the ground, half covered in snow. Next to the bike, a patch of snow is stained red with blood. In the foreground, a man is turned away from the camera looking towards the bike, he is wearing a black wide-brimmed hat and a black jacket, which are speckled with snow.

  3. A young girl in a red winter coat hugs a small Christmas tree. She is smiling contentedly with her eyes closed, and has a red tartan bow in her hair. The tree is decorated with red tinsel, purple baubles and gold twinkly lights. Snow is falling around them.

*Here are the boring but essential legal bits: Donations are per production and support us over a year. Please pay all in one go, however many Circles you choose to join. Supporters Circle: £800 - Suggested donation: £680, minimum payment: £120. Patrons Circle: £1500 - Suggested donation: £1288, minimum payment: £212. Please note the donation portion is a suggested donation to which Gift Aid provisions apply. If you do not want to support CFT’s charitable aims, you can purchase the benefits outlined separately for the minimum payment without making any further donation, but where would be the joy in that?
** Invitations into rehearsals are at the discretion of the creative team.
