Rachael has worked as a dance artist for Wayne McGregor | Random Dance and is a visiting lecturer at Middlesex University, Roehampton university and the Batalo East Academy (National Theatre Uganda). Rachael directs for her company Kansaze Dance Theatre which is supported by Arts Council England and tours collaborative, political theatre. She is a British Council and Arts Council England Artist International Development Fund recipient to work in Uganda and a One Dance UK (ADAD) Trailblazer Fellow 2015-2016. Shortlists include: Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures Choreographic Award (2011).

Rachael is currently the movement director on attachment at The Old Vic for The Old Vic 12.

Trained at Middlesex University Masters in Choreography, Roehampton University (B.A. in Dance), Brit School of Performing Arts.
