We are looking for a producer for our brand new space, The Nest, a 120-seat venue which will be nestled in the tress behind the Festival Theatre.

As the producer of The Nest you will oversee the management, programming and coordination of this space, ensuring that it meets its objectives of developing new talent, engaging new audiences and offering opportunities to the community over the next five years. This is a new role which will evolve over the next 12 - 18 months as we develop the programme.

The post would suit someone who wants to run a festival or a community arts venue who is ambitious, has a real passion for the arts, is a regular theatre attender and has previous experience of working in the industry.
