Are you an experience individual fundraiser or relationship manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for the creative arts and are looking for a role with more joy and incredible impact? We are looking for a new Senior Development Manager to join our successful Development team with a focus on leading on individual giving. Ahead of our 60th anniversary in 2022, this is an exciting time to join a successful theatre that is growing.  

The Senior Development Manager is responsible for maximising the lifetime giving from individuals to CFT via donations, campaigns and legacies through in-person, direct marketing and digital fundraising methods. The role will manage a small team including the Development Manager responsible for individual memberships, a Friends Administrator and Events Officer. This role will maintain and grow income from CFT’s individual members and donors, across their lifetime.

The role is fundamental to the management and development of our existing and prospective relationships in support of the wider Development strategy for CFT.
