Watch on your computer, tablet or phone using your web browser. Please make sure it is up to date. We recommend using Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox. Please do not use Internet Explorer or the Samsung native browser as the stream will not play.
You can watch via Google Chromecast (2nd generation or newer).
You can also watch on Apple, Android or Fire TV. You will need to download the TicketCo TV app from the relevant App Store. Please note you need TVos 13+ on Apple TV, or Android TV version 7.0+ to use the app.

I can't find my email with the reference code
The email should have arrived within a few minutes of you confirming your booking. It would be from TicketCo AS, not CFT. Check your junk folder and if you still can't find it, don't worry, you can easily retrieve your booking. Go to the CFT page on the TicketCo website and click on the red button that says Find your purchased tickets. Enter your email address and a link will be sent that will allow you to download a PDF file with your reference code. Go to ticketco.tv and enter your 5 digit code to watch.
I bought multiple tickets but there is only one code in the email
You will have received an email for each ticket booked. Each email contains one reference code. The emails may look the same, but the unique five digit code will be different. If you have deleted some of the emails because you thought they were the same, just go to the TicketCo website and click on the red button that says Find your purchased tickets. Enter your email address and a link will be sent that will allow you to download PDF files with your reference codes. Go to ticketco.tv and enter your 5 digit code to watch.
I keep being locked out
Have you shared your code with anyone else? Only one device can use a reference code at a time. If you bought multiple tickets, make sure you haven't sent the email with the code you are using to someone else.
I can only see a countdown clock
You've arrived early! Come back 30 minutes before the stream is due to start to check everything is working correctly and we may have some exclusive videos for you! For on-demand events, the video will be available from the start time detailed in your email.
The livestream page is not loading
Refresh your browser and try again, or try a different browser - we recommend up to date versions of Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
The image is not very clear / I can't hear it
Your internet signal may be dropping in and out. Click on the cog on the player to adjust the quality - you may need to set it to a lower level so it can stream through your internet. If you are still having problems, try a different browser and disconnect any other devices that may be using the same internet connection.
If you can't hear the stream, first check your volume. If you are connecting a computer or mobile device to your television with a cable, it may not be compatible with audio.
It had already started when I tuned in, can I watch from the beginning, or watch again?
Our streamed events are shown either live or 'as live'. If you join after the start time, you will only be able to see the event from that point. Our streamed events cannot be paused or watched again once finished.
I can't watch at this time, will it be available on demand afterwards?
Due to licensing restrictions, we are not able to make this event available to watch for longer at the moment; however, there is a chance we may be able to organise an encore stream in the future so do sign up to our newsletters (if you aren’t already) or follow our social media channels for updates.
