Biography
Previously Casting Director at Chichester for Festival 06 including The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby Parts I and II (and 2007 revival) (Festival Theatre) and I Am Shakespeare (Minerva Theatre 2007).
Siobhan started in casting in 1983 at the RSC as assistant to Joyce Nettles, becoming Head of Casting 1986-1991.
Freelance theatre includes productions for Bill Alexander, Mike Alfreds, Lucy Bailey, Anthony Clark (Hampstead Theatre), Peter James (Lyric Hammersmith), Janet Suzman and Di Trevis.
Credits include Frozen (Birmingham Rep/National), Baby Doll (Birmingham/National/ West End), Comfort Me with Apples (Hampstead), Don’t Look Now (Sheffield/ Lyric), The Winter’s Tale for David Thacker (Young Vic), Long Day’s Journey into Night, Hamlet (Young Vic) and Popcorn (West End) all for Laurence Boswell, La Bête for Richard Jones, Measure for Measure for Stephane Braunchsweig (Barbican/Edinburgh Festival), Hamlet and Celestina for Calixto Beito (Birmingham/Edinburgh Festival), Moving Theatre Season for Corin Redgrave (Riverside), Man and Boy for Maria Aitken (national tour and West End), Declan Donnellan’s Cheek by Jowl productions of The Duchess of Malfi, The Changeling, Cymbeline, Troilus and Cressida and Macbeth (Barbican/international tour), The Return of Martin Guerre for Cameron Mackintosh and Great Expectations for the RSC.
