Wheelchair Users
There are eight wheelchair spaces in the Festival Theatre and two in the Minerva Theatre. Access to these seats is by lift to the first floor. There are nine non-reservable parking spaces for blue badge holders in the car park next to the Theatre. There is limited access to some parts of the auditoria. We regret that customers may not transfer from a wheelchair to a theatre seat.
Hearing Impaired
Sennheiser units are available free of charge from the Cloakroom in the Festival Theatre foyer (by Door 1) and from staff on the first floor of the Minerva Theatre. There are signed performances in the Festival Theatre interpreted by Ann McAllister and for dates of signed performances click here or look on the Festival Diary.
Visually Impaired
For Audio described performances click here or check the Festival Diary. Headsets can be collected from the Cloakroom in the Festival Theatre foyer (by Door 1) and from staff in the Minerva Theatre. Guide dogs are welcome; please let us know when booking your tickets as there are limited spaces. Braille is available on all row ends and numbers on individual seats in the Festival Theatre.
