As Chichester Festival Theatre celebrates its 50th Anniversary in 2012, it is easy to forget among all the triumphs, the great performances and the careers that took flight on that famous thrust stage, the exploits of the legendary CFT Cricket Team!

To commemorate the famous victories of the 1980s, we are holding a Charity Cricket Match at the City’s beautiful Priory Park ground, ringed by the Roman walls and in the shadow of the 13th Century Priory.

There will be stalls and games for all the family, so bring a picnic and enjoy a summer’s day out with we hope the many actors who have had links to the Theatre over the years.

Everyone is welcome to join us for what promises to be a great day out. The event will help raise money for RENEW, Chichester Festival Theatre's 50th Anniversary capital project to radically improve the fabric and facilities of the Festival Theatre for the next 50 years.
